• Please note that the payment procedure would be as follows :-
25% advance payment on booking
50% before the first function
Rest 25% on completion of the work within a month (after the selection of photos by client)
• Same day edits (within 24 hours) are done on chargeable basis and are not included in the package.
• E-card form will be shared with the client. Once the form is filled, the e-card design is shared within a week.
• Raw (unedited and watermarked) photos are shared in the form of a contact sheet and digitally within 15 days of the last function for selection. (Can be delayed during the wedding season)
*(Please note that the same folder of raw (unedited and unwatermarked) photos will be shared in a pen drive at the time of whole delivery of the project.)
• If client wants any specific song/s to be used for the videos, the same needs to be communicated when the selected photos for albums are shared with us.
• Album designs and edited videos will be shared with the client within 30 days of selection of the photos. (Can be delayed during the wedding season)
The albums will be printed only after approval. Any changes after printing would be chargeable.
• Only three rounds of revision for the e-card & albums and one round of revision for videos are entertained. Any iteration/changes more than that would be chargeable.
*E-card templates folder is always shared with client to choose one template for themselves. Once the e-card is designed in that template, the template cannot be changed. Only changes in the existing template can be done (thrice, as mentioned above).
*Please note that we do not provide caricature designing or digital designing services. If you’re looking for a caricature/digitally designed e-card, we can help but extra charges will be levied for it (not under the ones provided within the quotation).
• After all the final approvals from the client, all the raw (unedited and original size) photos, edited and watermarked photos (used in the album/s) & album/s design will be shared in a pen drive along with the printed albums. A hard disk needs to be provided for the final edited videos. All the deliverables need to be picked up from our office.
• The quotation provided is valid only for 48 hours from the date of quote given.
• All the equipments used for photography/ videography/ and cinematography are digital. We are not responsible in case of any data loss or corrupt data or any mishappening as this is beyond our control.
• We will not be responsible for any kind of mishappening due to drone.
• All the data is owned by Bajaj Studio and will be used for promotional purposes.
• Refund will only be done if the function gets cancelled because of any mishappening.
• Raw (unedited) videos will only be provided if asked for. A hard disk needs to be provided to us for the same. The data gets deleted from our end after 15 days of delivery of the whole project.
• For functions outside Delhi – travel, food and stay charges need to be borne by client.
• If any of the images are published (on the web or any other media), please provide proper photo credit of ‘Captured by Bajaj Studio’ & tag us on the social media handles.
• Any modification in the agreement shall be chargeable.
• Photographer reserves the right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the event(s) if the photographer experience inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behaviour from person(s) at the event(s); or in the event that the safety of the photographer is in question.
• The Photographer makes no guarantee, either expressed or implied, in regard to the quality of the Images, if the artificial lighting provided by the clients at the venue is unsuitable or too dark for photography or filming. The photographer is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage.
• It is likely that the photographer is not in proximity as the couple/host, therefore, is not aware of what is about to be taken place. It is the responsibility of the function coordinator/planner to inform the photographer when the next major event is about to take place.
• Working hours as per normal Indian wedding industry norms (Maximum 10 hours shift for the wedding day and 5 hours shift for other pre-wedding events). Photography coverage of the Vidai ceremony will be available up to 5 AM when it is a night wedding & up to 5 PM in day wedding at the function venue. Any change desired in this regard may be mutually discussed and agreed to in advance. Extra hourly charges would be levied after this time duration or time.
• The entire Photography crew will have some snacks and beverages that are arranged for guests during a ceremony.
• If there is no movement from client side from 90 days of the last function, we will not be responsible in case of any data loss.
• Any change in date or time of the event/s needs to be informed well in advance.
